Preschool Fun

Some pics of recent preschool activities....

Mixing primary colors to make secondary colors

Coloring angel pictures on the Feast of the Guardian Angels (Oct. 2nd)

Pretending to put out a fire and "rescue" his friends during our lesson on fire safety and rescue workers.

An idea from Pinterest, this cardboard play city was loads of fun!

From the Catholic Icing blog, I made this cute little set as a Montessori-type activity to teach the kids about Jesus, the Good Shepherd.  There is a script I read based on readings from John and Luke, and then we act it out with the little shepherd and sheep.  Fun!

I hosted a nursery rhymes activity for our preschool co-op.  We read stories and nursery rhymes, made a "Hickory Dickory Dock" craft and then the kids pretended to be Jack jumping over the candlestick :)
