Summer 2021

In June we headed down to Santa Fe, New Mexico for a couple of nights.  It was fun to explore and see some beautiful, old churches!

Loretto Chapel and miraculous staircase attributed to St. Joseph.

Collecting some of the holy dirt at Chimayo.

Harrell House Bug Museum

On the way down to Santa Fe we stopped at the oldest church in Colorado since it was right off the highway.

Then we stopped at the Sand Dunes.   Unfortunately, it was very windy and cold, so we didn't stay very long.

Alex played baseball this summer.

And turned 12!

We played at the "beach" at Chatfield Lake.

4th of July fun with sparklers!

And we went to the Highlands Ranch parade earlier in the day.

Alex Mary had FNE camp for a week in July at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch.

We celebrated Juliana's 6th birthday.

She learned to ride a bike not long after!

Late August we headed to the Black Hills of South Dakota for my cousin Stephanies's wedding.  1st stop was Mt. Rushmore.

After that we went to Bear Country USA.  So fun to see lots of different animals up close!

Then we headed to Storybrook Island.

Finally, it was time to start another year of school!
