Finally posting August pics. Looking back on these really makes me miss summer. At least we have had several 60 + degree days in November and December, and only one light dusting of snow!

Love the flexibility of homeschooling, and being able to take lots of field trips. Botanic gardens is always so fun, especially when it is a free day!
Solar eclipse viewing. We didn't make it to Wyoming to be in the path of totality, but maybe we'll make it to Texas in 7 years.

Our favorite BBQ place is in a little mountain town, so we always stop by when we are anywhere near the area. SO good, and huge sandwiches.
